Sponsor leadership training workshops and seminars in conjunction with the General Executive Committee.

Develop leadership and discipleship in local Churches, especially where there are no pastors, and in newly established Churches.

Translate special teaching and training materials to help the less learned Christian members in our Churches – on their level of understanding.

Promote Christian education and implement the strategies and goals of the ZBA in the area of teaching.

To take common and concerted action with a view to awakening Christian people to the dangers of modernism, cults and to any form of ecumenicalism that is achieved at the expense of vital Christian truth which undermines the Scriptural foundation of the Gospel testimony.
