Liebenzell Mission International (LMI) has been sending missionaries to Zambia Baptist Association (ZBA) in various fields since 1985. These missionaries spearheaded church planting in Northern Province of Zambia. Currently the missionaries working with ZBA are involved in Christian Education, Youth Impact Program, Dawn trust Community Care and Lecturers for theological education.
Since 1985 LMI has been supporting a number of programs and projects in ZBA mission field. These include:
Sponsorship for theological students in colleges and Universities who after graduation have been serving in various church ministries.
Financial support to church planters and other ministry workers enabling ZBA to spread the gospel in different parts of the country and the neighbouring Congo DR.
Financial support for internal leadership development programs which aim to empower lay church leaders under christian education.
Pioneered the construction of Mungwi Baptist Rural Health Centre in Mungwi District, Northern Province of Zambia as a practical means of reaching out with the Gospel to the community. Until now, it had been the only referral health facility in the district.
Partnership with ZBA for a youth impact programe which started in 2018 with its primary focus on youth discipleship for young people in the education gap year or before they go into employment.
Building Projects support for ministry is another area of co-operation.
